  • Co-created a Pan-African Employment Services Toolkit, contextualized for 9 TVET Institutions in Kenya and South Africa, which enhanced the capacity of 500+ young women to access pathways to decent work and entrepreneurship.
  • Recognized as the top innovation across Kenya and South Africa for the Employment Services Toolkit, winning first place for impact, adaptability, and grassroots-driven design.
